Customer Reviews
Decent, but shipping was a bit slow
I was really excited to grab the latest "Attack on Titan" manga from Dymocks! The selection of science fiction and manga is always fantastic, and the pricing is competitive with places like Booktopia. I just wish the shipping wasn't so slow this time around; it took a while for my order to arrive. Still, I'll probably shop there again because they always have what I'm looking for!
Consistently reliable service
This was my third order from Dymocks this year. I picked up a copy of 'Atomic Habits' and a few new release fiction titles. Like my previous experiences, the ordering process was straightforward. The items always arrive well-packed and in perfect shape. I've used their click and collect before, which was also efficient, but this time I opted for delivery. They're consistently reliable, which is why I keep coming back for my book purchases.
Good quality, delivery a bit slow
I bought 'The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo' and a set of journals. The quality of the items was great, exactly as described on the site. The books arrived in perfect condition, no dents or anything. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, about seven business days, even though it was within the estimated window. It's not a major issue, but something to keep in mind if you're in a rush. Overall, I was satisfied with the purchase.
Got my manga quickly
Needed some new manga volumes. Ordered 'Chainsaw Man' and a 'Jujutsu Kaisen' book. Got them pretty fast, like four days. Everything was fine, no bent pages or anything. Easy to order, no fuss.
Great value on new releases
I was looking for 'The Wager' and saw Dymocks had 20% off new release fiction, which was a better deal than I found elsewhere. Shipping was free too since my order went over $99. It felt like good value for money, especially for a new hardcover. The book arrived in good time and was well-protected. Happy with the savings.
Smooth order, great book selection
I ordered 'Lessons in Chemistry' and a couple of graphic novels last week. The website was easy to navigate, and I found everything quickly. Delivery was surprisingly fast, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said it would. Everything was well-packaged, and the books were in perfect condition. I appreciated the range of payment options too. It was a good first experience with Dymocks online.

Hey, I'm trying to decide between ordering from Dymocks or Booktopia for a new release. Any thoughts on which one is usually faster or has better prices when it comes to new fiction?
Just wondering about returns for change of mind. Say I bought a book online and then decided I didn't want it, can I just take it into my local Dymocks store to return it?
Hey guys, thinking of ordering a bunch of books for uni from Dymocks. How long does shipping usually take to Perth? Need them before my classes start next month.
Does anyone know if the 20% off fiction deal they have applies if you use a Booklover discount too? Or do they not stack?
Are Dymocks books like, genuine editions? I've seen some weird knock-offs on Amazon sometimes. Just wanna make sure I'm getting the real deal.
